With a background in mechanical engineering, Brad Rodriguez of Fix This Build That began woodworking as a hobby in 2002 when he took an introductory course at his local woodworking store. Brad’s interest quickly grew, and he started taking on new DIY home improvement projects—especially after purchasing his first old house in Cincinnati, OH. As Brad poured himself into his projects, he found his rhythm and sharpened his skills. Brad loves working with his hands and sharing what he learns—including custom furniture, workshop storage, home renovation projects, and more. Not afraid to take on new projects, Brad loves learning and trying new things and encourages beginners to get out there and build something awesome.
