Kevin O'Connor meets with expert house mover Don Toothman and his team to prepare to lift Adam and Rachel's house off its foundation. Kevin and architect Kaitlyn Smous meet and go over plans for this renovation. Later, Don and his crew return to move the house. With the beams in place, they roll the house to its new temporary home in the backyard, where it will sit for the next month.

Kevin O’Connor reminds us of the goals for the house renovation. He reviews the preliminary work done by house mover expert Don Toothman and his team to prepare to lift Adam and Rachel’s house off its foundation.

While Don and his team begin supporting the house underneath, Kevin meets with architect Kaitlyn Smous to learn about the plans and challenges of this renovation. While the family needs more space, they must keep the integrity and historic architecture in place.

Later, Don and his crew return to move the house. With the beams in place, they slowly roll the house to its new temporary home in the backyard, onto cribbing that provides a level surface, and that is where it will sit for the next month while the new foundation work is done.
