It's moving day in Nashville, as the renovation of the 1920s brick cottage wraps up. The crew tours the interior, and the new front yard. The location of the next project is revealed.

It’s moving day in Nashville, as the renovation of the 1920s brick cottage wraps up. The crew and the homeowners arrive at the house in Nashville-style to celebrate and reminisce over the renovation journey—from lifting the house off its foundation and moving it to the backyard and then putting it back again.

Later, homeowner Adam gives Kevin a tour of the brand new first floor including the living room, music room, office, kitchen and back porch.

Upstairs, homeowner Rachel gives Tommy a tour of the kids’ playroom and bedrooms as well as the new primary bedroom and bath.

Richard is in the basement looking at arguably the biggest upgrade of this build. While the house was temporarily resting in the backyard, a new, taller foundation was installed that created a larger space for future rooms. Then Richard runs into Lyn and Javier putting the final touches on the new safe room. On the side of the house, Richard meets Heath and Adam going over their new energy monitoring system.

Finally, Jenn and Rachel plant a new tree in their front yard with landscape designer Max Finkbeiner.

Everyone joins them outside to celebrate wrapping up this Nashville project.
