- On most interior paint jobs, Henrique uses microfiber roller covers with a 3⁄8-inch nap. “They’re lint-free and leave a smooth finish,” he says.
- As you work, keep the tray close by to minimize the distance to the wall and extra steps between the two.
- “If your roller is covered with paint, you have enough,” says Henrique. “If it’s dripping, there’s too much.” Roll some off on the tray before moving to the wall.
