Before and After: Reveal of the Charleston-Elliotborough House
We worked on two houses during the last season of TOH TV. The Charleston-Elliotborough house was in such rough shape, we couldn't finish all the work by the end of the TV-show season. Here (finally!) is the big reveal of the finished home, which Kevin and Tommy showed to fans on Facebook LIVE

During the Charleston 2018 season of TOH TV, the crew took on not one, but two remodels. The Elliotborough house required so much work, that we weren't able to complete the restoration before the end of the TV season. Charleston boasts a colorful housing stock. Judith decides on a siding color for the Elliotborough project. Kevin meets her and a design expert in a neighborhood famous for house colors, Rainbow Row.
S39 E23: Smithies
The old piazza columns get restored. The iron gate is made by blacksmith students at a local college. Lights are selected for an old house. New siding mixes with old to meet historic district codes.
S39 E22: Rough Plumbing
Richard works on plumbing at the Elliotborough house while Kevin meets a kitchen designer. The porch gets assessed. A floor goes down at the single house. Tommy and Mark snake wires through a wall.
