S44 E7: Repointed and Planted
The front door is stripped of paint. The HVAC system is connected and tested. Floating shelves are installed. The brick steps are repaired. An herb garden is planted, and the custom wallpaper is hung.
S44 E6: Respecting the Old
Watch as the old porch posts are repaired, and the bathrooms get a new wall treatment. Ceiling joists are left exposed on the ceiling. Then, the homeowners choose a front door and visit Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s home.
S44 E5: Whole House Protection
The interior framing of the house in Atlanta is almost complete. Then, siding is installed on the exterior. The team tours a major motion picture studio, and later, the home is protected from lightning strikes. Finally, the Dracut Centre School is restored.
S44 E4: Cardboard Kitchen
The new interior spaces are toured, and the HVAC ducting is installed. Kitchen location options are explored, and the old windows are restored. Then, the homeowners’ daughter creates a 3D tour of the house.

Watch as a stem wall foundation is poured and custom wallpaper is designed. The homeowner installs a vapor barrier in the crawl space and tours an outdoor school for backyard inspiration.
S44 E2: Unsafe Structures
It’s demolition day at the project house in South Atlanta. The homeowners’ daughter learns to use power tools to build a lending library. Then, an ivy-covered oak overhanging the roof is safely trimmed back.

After 13 long months, the restoration is finally complete on the 158-year-old Dutch Colonial that has been in the same family for seven generations! Watch as the homeowners give the crew a tour of the new spaces. Then, Tom Silva presents a gift to the family to pass on to the future owners.
S43 E38: Pantry Problems
The crew discusses pocket doors and advises on painting. Old chalkboards are restored at the Dracut Centre School. Then, pantry cabinets, a soaker tub, and kitchen lighting are installed at the house.
S43 E37: Smooth Finish
The crew visits a tech school. Back at the house, floors are going down, and a custom drain pan is built for the laundry room. Then, the new irrigation system is discussed, and the ICF foundation gets a stucco-like finish.
S43 E36: Watertight Doghouse Dormers
Watch as a wet tap is performed to run new water lines at the house. Then, the team installs a fire sprinkler system and a slate hearth inside. Finally, doghouse dormers are made watertight and sided.
S43 E35: Amped Up
This week, the house has undergone a dramatic transformation. The electrical and HVAC service is upgraded, and an old window gets new life. Then, host Kevin O’Connor is taught welding, and the house is ready for insulation.
S43 E34: Neighbors on Ice
In the house, coffered ceilings hide plumbing pipes, while a central staircase is constructed. A drain plain is created for the porch, and a diffusion vent is installed on the roof. The crew ends the day on the ice.

The crew tours local gardens while a new foundation is built using ICFs. Then, we visit a mansion once owned by the inventor of a fire hydrant valve. Finally, forms are prepped for a pour-in-place concrete staircase.
S43 E29: Old Woes
The crew tours the Saratoga Racecourse. Discoveries are made during the demo, and an armored shield cabling is replaced with nonmetallic ones. The home’s framing is explored, and a buttress wall is built in the basement.
S43 E28: New Vision
The homeowners begin to demo, and the architect shares his plan for the home. Then, Richard learns about the Saratoga springs. The yard is protected against construction, and an air remediation system is installed.
